WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Mini Hardo Bread - a firm favourite, milled to perfection and baked using traditional hardo recipe.
  • Spice Fruit Loaf - old family recipe from Sunrise Bakery, baked with succulent sultanas, black treacle and a special blend of spices. 
  • Green Plantain Chips Salted – a diverse fruit, their natural sweetness makes them a popular snack throughout the Caribbean.
  • Salted Caramel Shortbread – luxury shortbread, handmade to perfection with real butter, brought to you by the independent Shortbread Company.
  •  Guava Jam – made from fresh guava handpicked on the island of Jamacia. Our favourite combination is this spread over toasted hardo bread.
  •  Banana Cake – is made with overripe bananas for a real home-baked taste.
  • Mount Gay Dark Rum - for over 300 years, Mount Gay has been crafting deeply aromatic and rich rums on the Northern tip of Barbados.
  • Natural String bag - biodegradable large cotton branded bag, handmade and ethically produced.
